Providence Utah is the pretty nice. Real estate in Providence is among the most expensive in the valley. Providence has several many local business including resturants, banks, grocery stores, a movie theatre, and will soon be getting a super Wal-Mart.
Providence is growing and most of the new Real Estate in Providence consists of large upper upper class homes priced homes between $250,000 and $600,000. Providence lies high on the mountain side and offers incredible views of the valley in neighborhoods like Grandview and Providence Highlands. Its northern bench also has very nice large homes in Fruitland Acreage and Foxridge. In the last year the average sold price of 86 homes in Providence was $233,000. The median was only slightly less at $227,000. Of 54 active MLS listings the median list price is $298,000 and the average price is $339,764.
Providence Utah Condos
Providence has three major condominium complexes; Creekside Townhomes, Hidden Creek, and Cobblestone. All condos in Providence Ut are newer and nice.
- Creekside - The most affordable condos in Providence can be found at the Creekside Townhomes. These Two and Three bedroom townhouses are located on the North West portion of Providence on Springcreek Parkway. The Creekside condos have a great location. They range in price from about $110,000 to $130,000. These Providence Condos were built in 2000.
- Hidden Creek - The hidden creek condos in Providence are slightly larger than the Creekside Condos and in the same general area. They are newer (built in 2004) and also offer a 1 car attached garage. These townhouses usually sell between $130,000 and $145,000.
- Cobblestone - Cobblestone is a large gated community in Providence Utah that has both single family homes and townhouses. The Cobblestone community has many ammenities including an indoor swimming pool. The home owners fee isn't cheap in Cobblestone, it starts at about $150 a month. The Cobblestone Condos start at about $180,000.
