River Heights Utah is an interesting town. Smashed between Logan and Providence it doesn't have a lot of room to grow. It has a poplulation of about 1500 and that population is actually anticipate to decrease. Most of river heights is older, built pre-1970's, but developers have managed to find a little bit of room to build just north of Providence.
River Heights really has no Local Government and is basically just part of Logan with a different name. It is anticipated that one day River Heights will become part of Logan or Providence.
