If you are in the market to purchase Salt Lake Real Estate then you have plenty of options both in Salt Lake City and in its surrounding cities and suburbs.
Salt Lake City

While new homes in these areas are few and far between, there are a number of Salt Lake Condominium projects in and around the downtown area.
South Salt Lake
As its name suggests South Salt Lake is located directly south of Salt Lake City. In the last few years, the area has been somewhat depressed, but with introduction of the Market Station project, the area is experiencing some rejuvenation. The Market Station project aims to create a high-density urban development encompassing several blocks of a run down neighborhood. The development will cost 500 million dollars, and will result in a mixed-use community including residential housing, retail, and office space. The median single-family home price for South Salt Lake is $199,900.
Sandy
Located on the east side of the valley, Sandy is another densely populated city, with very little developable land. The highest value property is located on the east bench, where you can find larger / newer homes, with great views across the valley.
